Jupiter and running.

Faith rules my life. God does. We have this deal—the universe and I.

I fully surrender.

And every day, I do something that scares me.

Every day, I try to jump higher, thinking: What else can I do to take more of a risk that has the potential to bring benefits into my overall well-being?

What else is there on the border of my comfort zone that I can tickle a little bit more, so it moves and expands both my inner and outer territory?

I am writing, and the concentration gained during practice allows me to observe a process unfolding. Tomorrow is Friday. I am writing on Fridays—chapters of my book.

Last week I wrote on sirshasana. So tomorrow, first thing in the morning—I am writing.

Of course, I am writing now, as there is neither any tomorrow, nor ever was any yesterday. So Thursday is also perfect.

Why is that?

How about this being my second chapter? Thursday is ruled by Jupiter—Guru of all plantes. It is perfect day to work on things that you are already good at and wish to continue improving.

If you are a writer—write on Thursday. Look at Scott Adams – “The Day You Became a Better Writer”.Make notes and notes and start. Ask Jupiter for help. Do it in silence, by feeling it in your heart.

Jupiter hears you. All is working within the All.

If you are a runner, preparing for a race or a marathon, it is best to set a routine to do your longest and most demanding part of training on that day.

Artless art. This is what I am practicing.

You have three choices:Change it, accept it, or leave it.

If you wish to change something—it's desire. It will cause suffering until you successfully change it.

Always be internally—internally—ready for a complete change. Internal state of revolution. To say "I’ll try" is buying time. If you really desire something, you just go and do it.

When emotions want us to do something, we just do it.

Your environment programs the brain. A clever brain can choose its upcoming environment.

If there is something you want to do later—do it now. There is no later.

Fixing the past reproduces it.

Morning meditation took me to my daughter. It's been years of struggle with her dad, and energy loss. There must be a better way to do this.

At the current level of development, I choose to stand by five Vedic principles:Satya, Dharma, Prema, Shanti, and Ahimsa—truth, duty or righteousness, unconditional love, peace, and non-violence.

The goal is to apply these in all areas of my life—not only with things that are convenient.

Truth of the matter is that I know nothing. God knows.

Today I am in New York.I'm a different person than I was yesterday. And fear is present.

Not having a home is a choice that I made while God was holding my hand. He continues to hold it.I just have to remember—

Less resistance is always better. Time will show.

I am.
